Call the 800 number and an order form will be sent to you with simple instructions to mail your prescription with the order form. Prescriptions are promptly shipped anywhere in the U.S. free of charge.

Frequently Asked Questions... Q: I have health insurance. Can I still use this card?
A: YES! Pay less for your prescription and submit the receipt just as you have in the past. If your plan has an annual maximum it will pay for prescriptions (as most Medicare supplements do) the discount card will help extend the life of your benefits.
