Betsy Chandler

Betsy was born and raised in Morris County NJ. She is the Owner and President of MIC.  Betsy began working alongside her mother Irene Card at MIC Insurance Services in 1988.  She is a licensed insurance agent in several states, and specializes in Medicare Supplements and Medicare Part D.

She co-authored with Irene Card, a column on Understanding Health Insurance which appeared in various NJ newspapers and other distinguished publications from 1990 until 2016.

Betsy is currently a member of National Association of Health Underwriters and serves on the Board of Directors for The Wilson Foundation.  Her past affiliations include: the Tri-Boro Chamber of Commerce, the Executive Association of New Jersey, and the Butler/Tri-Boro Rotary Club (president 2001-2002) where she was honored as a Paul Harris Fellow,  a board member for the Denville Community Church Nursery.

She currently resides in Morris County with her husband Terry and their daughter.

Terry Chandler

Terry was born and raised in Vermont. He became a licensed insurance agent in 2002, Specializing in Life, Long Term Care, Group and Individual Health, Disability, Vision, Dental, and Travel Insurance.

He is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters, (NAHU) and an active member of the Community Church of Mountain Lakes where he serves as a Deacon.  Terry is currently a member of National Association of Health Underwriters and serves on the Board of Directors for the Kinnelon Professional Building.  A few of Terry’s hobbies include Classic Cars, Motorcycles, Snowmobiling, and Volleyball.

He currently resides in Morris County with his wife Betsy and their daughter.

Tracy Lobel

Tracy was born and raised in Mid-Michigan, prior to moving to New Jerey.  As a licensed insurance producer, Tracy is the vital member of the Medicare Supplement team and is ready to hand hold every client through all the stages of the Medicare process; including Medicare enrollment, insurance review, plan selection, application, and customer follow up support.

She excels at continuing the MIC tradition of assisting each client as though they were her own family member.

Tracy enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and three sons.

Bonnie Russo

Bonnie was born and raised in the Midwest, and moved to New Jersey in 2008.  She has nearly two decades of experience in the insurance industry, acquiring her insurance license in 2002.   At MIC, Bonnie is responsible for educating and assisting our group and individual clients with Medical, Vision, Dental, Life, and Travel insurance.

Her thorough understanding of the products enables Bonnie to assist her clients in making the best decisions possible on their specific insurance needs.

Bonnie, resides locally with her children.  In her free time she loves to spend time with her family, dabble in real estate, and travel.

Samara Forbes

Our front office ambassador, Samara’s warm welcoming smile will most likely be the first to greet you when you walk in our office or call. She will be happy to answer questions, solve problems, handle claim & policy issues, schedule your appointment, or assist you with a myriad of details that enable us to provide excellent service to all our clients. She embodies the spirit of rendering professional service, personally. Samara resides in Morris County.

Cheryl Jobes

Our Client Services Representative Cheryl is a very important part of MIC Insurance Services client services team.  She dedicates each day to the logistics of our company.  In addition,  Cheryl will be happy to schedule your appointment, handle claims and policy issues or answer any questions you may have.  Cheryl resides in Morris County.
